SnapAI Account Deletion
You can delete your SnapAI account from inside the app by opening Profile, choosing Delete account, and confirming the deletion prompts. If you cannot access the app, submit the form below to request deletion of the SnapAI account tied to your Google sign-in email.
What We Delete
Account deletion removes your SnapAI profile, generated media, uploaded source media, credit ledger, notification tokens, and Firebase authentication account.
What May Be Retained
Some purchase, subscription, security, support, and audit records may be retained where needed for billing integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or tax/accounting requirements.
If You Cannot Access The App
Submit the form on this page or email snapai@redkube.io with the subject "SnapAI Account Deletion" and include the Google account email you used with SnapAI. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before completing the request.
