SnapAI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of SnapAI, a creative media application operated by RedKube. By accessing or using SnapAI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator
SnapAI is operated by RedKube. If you have questions about these Terms, you can contact us at mike@redkube.io.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SnapAI. You are responsible for activity associated with your account or device session, including anonymous or guest access linked through supported authentication providers.
3. Description of the Service
SnapAI allows users to upload source media, submit prompts, generate AI-assisted images and videos, and manage generated assets. Features may change over time and may depend on third-party services, subscription state, credits, geographic availability, or device compatibility.
4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases
SnapAI may offer complimentary credits, renewable subscription plans, and consumable credit packs. Credits may be required for certain image or video generations. Subscription and purchase processing may be handled through app store billing and RevenueCat.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Complimentary credits, promotional credits, and purchased credits may be subject to different internal policies.
- Pricing, plan structure, and credit costs may change prospectively.
- Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are generally governed by the applicable app store's rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload and, to the extent allowed by law and applicable provider terms, content you generate using the service. You grant RedKube a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and display your content as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support SnapAI.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SnapAI to:
- violate any law or third-party rights
- create or distribute unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent material
- upload content you do not have the right to use
- attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the service
- use the service to generate content intended for scams, impersonation, harassment, or other harmful conduct
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or otherwise unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them. RedKube does not warrant that generated output will be unique, available, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Service Availability
We may suspend, modify, limit, or discontinue part or all of SnapAI at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, provider interruptions, abuse prevention, or product changes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or third parties, or used the service in a way that could expose RedKube to legal or operational harm.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
SnapAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. RedKube disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedKube will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of SnapAI. If liability cannot be excluded, RedKube's total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use SnapAI in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of SnapAI after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
